I felt that the renovations to this older home were done well and with care and matched the pictures well. The place was clean as well. Getting to downtown was an easy 10 minute drive.

The house was exactly as pictured and described, it was recently renovated and everything functioned well. Furniture was comfortable (with an extra thumbs up for one of the beds being longer than most, which was a huge plus for us tall people). Private parking on a clean, flat spot. Short drive to local attractions. All in all an excellent stay!

Brandon's place was nothing short of amazing! The inside looks exactly like the pictures, beds very comfy, and had essential kitchen items. Will definitely stay again when in the area!

He helped us move our reservation into the unit next-door, which had a downstairs bathroom, so that was awesome. Felt safe and comfortable. He was very responsive and checked in on us. While there was a bit of construction in the area, the neighbors within proximity were all very friendly, respectful, and hospitable. This location would be great for a short stay or longer.

Overall, I had a 10/10 experience with this Airbnb. The interior was very clean, and Brandon communicated clearly and promptly throughout my stay. There was also a designated parking space available in the front lot, which was convenient. The quality of the stay itself was excellent.

Stayed in Unit 4 in the Houston Apartment with my daughter. Overall great experience — the area is older and definitely up-and-coming. Don't let the looks deceive you, the area is safe and you can tell they are working on improving. Brandon was a great host and was super quick to respond and resolve any issues. The place was super cute and minimalistic, exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood is up-and-coming, but it was still very quiet and peaceful. The Airbnb is only about 5 minutes from the city and close to some really cute little shopping areas. Overall, we loved this place. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions.
